All items purchased directly from our online store are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Structural cracking or splitting under normal seasonal weathering.
- Casting failure or structural disintegration not caused by accidental damage or misuse.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental chips, cracks, or breakage caused by dropping or improperly moving heavy stoneware.
- Damage resulting from extreme weather events outside normal conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, color fading, or natural weathering of materials over time.
4. How to Make a Claim
